  WHAT IS FLAIR?

The original definition of a flair bartender was simply an entertainer. To flair is to put forth extra effortin order to go above and beyond the expectations of our guests ultimately improving guest experienceand increasing guest retention. Flair can be anything from magic tricks, telling jokes, fancy bottlespinning/tricks. Our Flair class will focus on bottle spinning and tricks but we can also teach youeverything else as well. The purpose of our flair class is to create a learning module for flair in theworking environment as well as to promote a healthy outlook of flair in the eyes of our industry and guests.

WHY DO YOU NEED/WANT TO LEARN FLAIR?

Knowing how to Flair can get you a job easier and faster as well as increase your tip potential! Plain and simple, knowing how to Flair will give you an edge over someone applying for the same bartending job as you even if the bar doesn’t allow you to throw bottles. You will also attract more guests and return guests that tip you out higher percentages with Flair.
